Never got my money back after they took it and didn’t give me the accomodation

On May/June 2025 for my Birthday I booked at Booking.com and they took R3800 deposit and were going to take the second half by the 10th but on that day the place which is VETHO house in Ballito said I can pay on arrival.

Till today Iv never got my money back, they booked someone else on my account and never returned my money. I was stranded had to look for accommodation fast. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK ON BOOKING.COM. I always tell people never to use it again.
