NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM

WILL NEVER EVER BOOK WITH BOOKIN.COM AGAIN. I made a reservation for one (1) night at Onomo In on the Square Cspe Town for 22 January 2025 after logging in to booking.com it sent me a verification code which logged me in. Booking.com deducted 3 x payments for my Standard Bank Debit card depleting my account. Worst of all received NO booking reference email. When you try contact them via email or phone (intetnationally) it requires this booking teference number or you are unable to speak to a human. So Im sitting with no booking (it does not exist) and 3 x payments off my account. Its been 13 days and no refund in sight. Managed to speak to 3 different people by using another booking reference no I have for another booking, eventually speaking to a human and they are ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They cannot tell me where my money is so i have booked directoy with the hotel itself. Something has to be done about this establishment!!! Shocking
