Never ever book flights with booking.com! You will never get refunded if you cancel!

Never ever use them for flights! I requested cancellation of flights twice - first they sent me an email saying they will send the application to the airline for the refund and will give me feedback. I received no feedback and followed up a month later on the refund and they said the confirmation will be escalated to the department and I should get my refund in 15 days. I then found out that 3 months later they still haven't even app**** for cancellation and they couldn't cancel as the flight had already flown! No responsibility taken for their own staff not doing their work but they expect payment!
