NEVER EVER AGAIN ---- BOOKINGS.COM

Please please do not EVER use this company if you are in South Africa. I lost over R6 000 owing to a booking at Domaine Coutelier via Bookings.com. Not only did the venue 'double dip' and I had to fork up R5000 (which I fortunately got back after MANY messages) but also I was told to HONOUR my booking after this misrepresentation. The venue also did not look as advertised on the site! They majorly let me down and my sick family member for whom this was going to be a retreat!!! [I have evidence of all said above.]
