Never book a flight with Booking.com

What a joke booking.com has been. I booked a flight through them with Qatar Airways on the 15th. My mom was in hospital so I needed to extend my stay. I contacted them to change my flight to the 21st.

They sent me a new itinerary for the 21st... Failed to cancel my flight on the 15th so I was a no show.

Now I have to now pay extra for the no show... I already paid extra for a flexible ticket. Have to pay extra for a new flight... I mean what is insurance for in the first place.

I have tried to get hold of booking.com to rectify this but not one person has got back to me, they can't call me... my chats end with no resolution...

Would love it if someone could assist me... but there is no chance of that happening, have to talk to bots or agents cancel chats... great 👍🏻 job.... not!!!
