Never again!!

We paid the full amount that was required in good faith. They were unable to honour the booking and changed it supposedly for an upgrade at no extra charge.. Suddenly a debit of R4 800 reflected on our bank account. No explanation and no recourse. Shockingly unacceptable business practise.
