Naledi Lodge in Jane Furse is a ****

I got a lodge on Booking.com called Naledi Lodge in Jane Furse. Because I wasn't sure if I would be going I contacted because on Bookings.com I was given the option to cancel my booking within7 days of the booking. I paid on the 23th April for 8 and 9th May. On the 1st May I cancelled and the lady I was corresponding with refused refund even though I was within the 7 days. I just feel it was all a ****.
