My worst experience

These people are ****mers / work in cahoots with ****mers. I booked for accommodation at 57 9th Street, Parkhurst, Randburg, Johannesburg. When it came to check-in time, I tried to call the property and the phone kept ringing not answered. I cancelled the booking and got no refund for the money I paid for booking. I advise people not to use Booking.com at all
