I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Booking.com. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After encountering issues with my car rental booking, I contacted both Booking.com and the rental company, only to receive zero assistance from either party.

Booking.com’s lack of accountability and support is absolutely appalling. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me stranded without any resolution. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken their money.

I expected better from such a well-known platform, but instead, I’m left feeling cheated and frustrated. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Booking.com, and I will never use their services again.

If you’re considering Booking.com, think twice. The service is unreliable, and should anything go wrong, don’t expect them to have your back.
