We made a reservation on this pathetic ********** site, the money was taken immediately but as we were getting ready to head to the destination I received an email saying the place was unavailable... my family and I slept in a car the whole night as we were traveling from Johannesburg. I did not have money to book for another place the same night, my R5100 was gone in under 5seconds
