My Experience with Booking.com

Been using Booking.com for more than five years now, for both local and international travel. I find their website user-friendly and have enjoyed their specials. I have been able to get prompt feedback on queries I submitted and their call centre staff have always been amazing and helpful. Where I had cancellations I got refunds without delays. They justifiably got a solid five stars from me.
