money taken without confirmation

I tried to make a booking on booking.com, but could not complete the process as I could not confirm with the supp**** pin code. the money R1500 was taken from my bank account without the confirmation. I have already notified booking.com twice about this, but with no response from their side. this is unacceptable to me.
