Money taken but no booking confirmation and it's a struggle to get a refund

I made a booking on the 31st October 2025 for the weekend of the 14th-16th November2025, funds were deducted from my account but I didn't get any confirmation. I have been sending emails with POP for a refund and today it's the 13th November to no avail. I can't get hold of them besides the automatic responses from the emails I sent them. My plans are ruined and my money is gone. Poor customer service. I will never ever book with them.....!!!
