Money refunded!! Thank you booking.com

I was so frastrated and ****ed that my booking got canceled 3 days before check in date. I was told that the property had double booking and it is overbooked therefore my booking had to be cancelled. I was given another option to choose from but the amount payable for that property exceeded my budget so i told them I do not want that other house I just want my money back because I was already charged the full amount. I called booking.com and told them I needed my refund, the consultant was very nice and assured me that they will look into it and definitely get refunded. I gave them the confirmation number and 4 digit pin, sent proof of my bank statement showing that the money was indeed debited. The next morning, less than 24 hours my money was refunded.
