miss leading booking on Booking.Com

So we booked a place for our attorney ( booking ***) when the booking was made , it does not clearly or explicitly mention about a security deposit and a late checking fee , as for the security deposit it only mentioned under important and legal , but it be honest Who really reads important and legal when doing a simple booking. I find this to be miss information and it should be reported as false or incorrect advertising I do not understand how booking.com such a huge company allow this sort of advertising with incorrect information, if the establishment charges a security deposit, then clearly mention it, so please can decide to proceed or decline the booking. Don't secretly mention it under important and legal.
