*** Misrepresentation of Advertising/*****sters

I am totally disgusted, they don't offer any service whatsoever and are ******!!! They promise to call back and don't. I have sent them photos of the place I booked and paid for that looks like a spare parts parking lot for broken vehicles. They tell me to contact the owner yet I booked through booking.com. I was meant to be at Generosa of the North from 30/06/2025 to 07/07/2025. I DIDN'T check in neither signed any paper work. Generosa of the North is a complete DUMP and jointly liable for MISREPRESENTATION!!!!!!!
