Misleading Property Listing and Safety Concern

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent booking that placed me in a highly unsafe and distressing situation.

Upon arrival at the address provided in the initial booking, I discovered that the location was a nightclub, not a lodge as advertised. When I contacted the host, she gave me a completely different address—approximately 8 kilometers away from the one listed on your platform. I drove to the new location, only to find myself on a dead-end road, which posed a serious risk to my safety.

After that, the host stopped taking my calls entirely. I have also noticed that the property name on Booking.com has since been changed from The Pearl Residence Guest House to Antonio, which raises further concerns about the legitimacy of the listing.

I feel deeply violated and misled by this experience, and I believe my safety was severely compromised due to the inaccurate information provided on your platform. I have already sent multiple emails to Booking.com regarding this matter but have not received any response.

I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that appropriate action be taken against the host and listing involved. I also ask that I be refunded in full for this booking and be provided with confirmation that measures are in place to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.

I had to be stranded and look for another accommodation yet bookings.com has already charged my card
