Misleading information when doing the booking - please help!! ♥

Our family were on our way to George in South Africa. Our flight was not allowed to land. Our flight got diverted to Cape Town. I've used Booking.com for many years and trust this company. This was a first time for me to do a booking via Rentalcars.com .. desperatly trying to get to George for our son from Austrialila that is visiting to celebrate his grandmothers 87th birthday. With the booking ..... I've typed CAPE TOWN AIRPORT for car pick up and GEORGE AIRPORT for drop off. Pick up today the 13th and drop off tomorrow the 14th. The booking was confirmed and after payment went off, the destination to pick up was Cape Town and drop off Cape town - the dates changed to 14th and drop off aton thew 15th. We were also told that we're not allowed to drop this car off in George. I received a message that this booking can be cancelled and now that I'm trying to cancel it it cannot be done. I'm asking Rentalcars.com to please refund me. This was a special trip for our son and this special trip is becoming extremly expensive for us. The booking pick up is only tomorrow the 14th March 2025. Many thanks.
