Misleading information and pictures
Bookings.com advertised a place called Manor house at 81 Manor Drive, Berea, Durban, 4091, South Africa Upon arrival there the place was different from the pictures. It was not cleaned the bathroom doors cannot close. The windows has short curtains. There is mold Fungi on the ceiling and walls.
They offered me R2600.00 of the R17000.00 that I have paid.
I was so shutter I was with my family including a toddler so u can imagine the life risk I had taken as I was forced to sleep in there for one night and there after forfeit the rest as I could not continue sleeping there.
The owner was clear to say that there will be no refund.
I still have pictures and photos that I have sent to bookings.com to update their adverti*****t
I’m inclined to believe that bookings.com is colluding with manor house at 81 Manor Drive, Berea, Durban, 4091.
They initially told me that there owner of the property doesn’t want to refund me and that there is nothing they could do. A day later and after I have shown them the differences on their website and the pictures and videos taken at the preperty they said they were attending to the matter and that they will call me.
I believe same was said just to brush me off.
