Misleading booking process

The booking process on Booking.com was misleading as it did not adequately inform customers about potential pitfalls when renting a car. Unfortunately, due to flight delays, my week-long reserved car was given to someone else without any refund options. The company benefited twice by re-renting the same car. Crucial information about this possibility was buried in the terms, not clearly stated in the initial voucher.
