Mis leading customers booking.com

Booked through booking .com.My name is Shadi from Pretoria booked this place called bently on henwood for 4 days. My access number is *** when we get there it was a disaster waiting for us mind you from Pretoria to durban.Grim let's go and fix our marriage to not talking to each other. Called the owner no answer on *** .out room bed is not clean at all it looks like there are bed bugs two door doesn't lock it looks broken wrote my concerns to bed Booking.com no answer from them .need my refund not happy from what I read with reviews totally different reviews it's like people where hired to write those review
