If I could give this platform a negative star, I would. I booked a place through them on Sunday 24th. On Monday they sent me an email telling me to double check my booking with the guesthouse. Upon me contacting the place, not only had they not heard of me, they couldn't even speak English. When I asked for a refund, the guesthouse blamed booking.com and not one person responded. I then get a message on booking.com from the guesthouse saying I left with the keys...BUT I WAS NEVER THERE PLUS THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE AUTHORITIES THESE PEOPLE MUST GO DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
