Booking.com refused to refund me while they have cancelled my booking at Zenith Boston Self catering accommodation on the 19 June 2024. I paid by EFT, when I get to the place it's not what is in internet and the owner is telling me booking was cancelled with out my knowledge. Now they are not refunding me, been sending emails with no luck on response. They are selling what's not even close to the pictures they have on their site. All they do is to **** people.
