POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Made a booking for Newlands Sun Hotel and cancelled it in time and was told I would be refunded within 7-12 days, its been 20 days and there is no feedback from them and when I text them, they say expect a response in 7-12 days and it never comes. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. ****MERS OF NOTE!!!!
