If I could give Zero stars I would! We booked accommodation in Cape Town and the day before we arrived they notified us that the host terminated their agreement with booking.com .We had to book a hotel last minute at crazy rates and Booking.com takes no responsibility also refusing to refund our deposit money back! I will never be using booking.com ever and will tell every person I see to avoid booking with them
