Good day.

I made a booking using booking.com beginning of December to a BNB named The Water View Suite and made all my payments online as requested, After a few days of my booking I received a email from Booking.com stating that my reservation has been cancelled when I had not cancelled it on my side.. I tried calling booking.com to no avail, I was supposed to check in on Wednesday and I've been trying to contact both the BNB and booking.com and I'm not getting any assistance, please help!!!
