****med by so called Siena Sun Apartment 4, Jamie Uys Street, Midrand.

On the 30 September 2025 I booked an accommodation for two (2) nights through booking.com and it was a late booking. I then discovered that I was ****med when we drove to the address and find out that it does not belong to any house or apartment in that vicinity, I informed booking.com about this issue and I did not get a refund because the address listed by this accommodation which is Siena Sun Apartment 4 does not exist, and the contact number of the owner went straight to voicemail and I tried to call the number again the following morning and it went to voicemail and I have been trying to call it till to date no luck. I have communicated with booking.com in numerous occasions pleading them to sort out this matter till today this matter has not been resolved.
