M&D Guest House on Booking.com

Very bad experience with M&D Guest House (Bellville) through booking.com. The photos on the website is very misleading. Very disappointed, filthy and disgusting. And when I tried to contact the property owner to ask for a refund (or partial), because we decided to find alternative accommodation, we were refused. There is absolutely nobody to speak to at Booking.com regarding this property posted on their site with a review of 8.0! They only refer you to the property owner, which is useless
