March 2026 I made a booking and cancelled immediately due to expensive flights

March 2026 I made a booking and cancelled immediately due to expensive flights . I asked them to refund and they agreed . I have made more than 10 follow ups , calls emails asking for refund till today no refund. Is going for 3 months now . The service is horrible . You are out from one agent to another and they tell you supervisor will attend . I am Unhappy their service is horrible , won’t recommend them
