Long wait for a refund
I made a booking but there were some issues after payment, which resulted in Booking.com sending an email to me stating that I will be refunded within 7 -14 days. That was early in November, which means that I have still not been refunded a month later. I cannot even write to bookings.com to enquire as their webpage have "frequently asked questions" instead of a direct email address.
Has anyone experienced the same?

Hi Bafana,
Unfortunately, there was a problem with processing your booking at Town Lodge Umhlanga and we weren’t able to confirm your reservation.
As your payment has already been processed, we have automatically started the refund process.
Refunds usually arrive in your account within 7-12 days, though this may vary.
