Long time member of Booking.com - never again!

We booked accommodation at Cit Lodge OR Tambo in Johannesburg as our flight arrives around midnight. With the change in time we made the mistake of booking one night too early (honest mistake in my view). However, when trying to change the booking we went in the "sinking call spiral". Booking.com telling us to call the hotel, hotel telling us to call Booking.com. Speaking to 3 different people at booking.com (who were very badly trained) we just gave up and due to the extremely unprofessional non-assistance we will never use booking.com again!
