Limpopo Lodge: ***, nobody at the property, calls not answered

I made a booking on booking.com. The accommodation booked was paid for and excepted on booking.com. When my family and I arrived at the venue, there was no one, we called the number on the website with no luck, we waited for over 20 minutes and nobody showed up, as a result i am requesting full refund.
