It's easy to make a reservation but the cancellation policy is somewhat ridiculous - 50% cancellation fees for a booking 11 months away. I can understand charging an admin fee and 50% 1 months prior to arrival, 75% 14 days prior or 100% less than 14 days but 50% so far in advance
