Good day,

We have a booking for the above mentioned place from today(08/12/2025), received confirmation and that further instructions will be provided on where to collect the keys from. However the number provided does not go through an no further information has been sent through. We are now stranded and have nowhere else to go!!!! We require feedback ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
