I booked for 5 adults. On arriving the lady told us that we booked 3 rooms on 3 different premises. I told the lady that I have a mother of 83 years and cannot leave her alone. She did not even tried to assist us and told me to phone bookings. Com. Now I have to accept a vou her to visit on a. Later stage. I have to nou book at a different guesthouse where I had to pay now again. I told bookings. Com that I am prepared to pay a cancelation fee. I will never ever book through bookings. Com again
