I’ve been ****med

I have also been ****med by booking.com. I have booked a house, Fairview Five to be specific. The owner asked for deposit & after that he was no where to be found. I had to reimburse 8 people their money back from my own pocket and still had to do another booking for them. They are totally not reliable & very risky. It’s been over a month and they not willing to refund me. They keep telling me that the owner of the property will refund me but they cannot even find him themselves. I’m so disappointed
