Irresponsible. On 6 Sept we booked and paid in full for hotel and requested reservation at their restaurant for New Year Eve. On 28 Dec they said 'sorry we are full"

<p>Totally irresponsible and unexpected from booking.com - seems that nobody proprely followed-up our numerous requests to book restaurant (2 requests on 6 Sept, then 27 Nov and 4 Dec. Only today, 28 Dec, someone called us to spoil all our plans for new year eve, saying ' Sorry, we are fully booked eventhough I can see your request in September". Who is responsible now? Can I get the name of the person who spoilt our booking and our New Year Eve?</p>
