Irenic Massage Spa and BnB

I made a booking on Bookings.com for accommodation at a Irenic Massage Spa and bnb for 15th November as i was deployed to do a wedding in Mabopane that weekend. I was travelling with a 4ton truck full of furniture and a car with staff assisting with the set up and strike. The facility only allowed for check in at 18H00 2 days prior to my arrival i requested early check in on the Bookings.com page which was declined then i further called the contact number requesting earlier times and the lady confirmed what is confirmed on the page is what it is. After the wedding event breakdown i then made my way to the address displayed on the confirmed booking, after driving around in a web i eventually contacted the facility to check where this place is as i was driving to nowhere aimlessly. The lady on the other side was completely uninterested and sent me 5 different locations leading to nowhere and eventually parked at the Mc Donald's close by for safety as it was now midnight with no joy. I travelled almost 2 hours with 5 locations 'directing' me to this facility and still did not find the place. The lady attending to calls was completely reluctant eventually receiving a call from the apparent owner still trying to convince me to drive another 20km to this mysterious facility but by then i was out of petrol and any further hope to find this place. The 18h00 check in time should've been a RED flag that this was perhaps a big ****. I need that payment fully refunded before escalating this matter even further please. When reporting this incident to bookings.com, this ***** owner now claims i was intoxicated which is a HUGE defamation hence why i couldn't locate the facility and bookings.com is not taking any responsibility for this in any way.
