Irate customer.

What a horrible service. I booked with booking.com and paid same day. Did these people not cancel my accommodation on the day of my trip at 3 am for ****s sake after I booked quite early for the place.

Now I have to wait for 7 working days for the refund to reflect instead of just getting the money and paying for accommodation.

I am never using this ****ty business again !!!
