*****ing money

My money is being held hostage by bookings.com. They cancelled my accommodation booking because they made a mistake and overbooked. 30 days later no money has been received. I called my bank and they cannot find any trace of the money being paid into my account. I have been going back and forth with customer service and i am not getting any joy from them
