*********** people- The City Club + Bookings.com

Don't ever make a booking through bookings.com they don't refund your booking. I made a reservation through them at The City Club. My appointment dates changed and contacted the venue for my accommodation to change my dates. They would not assist me. Informed me to contact bookings.com to cancel my booking. I did that as theu suggested. Jyst to find they charged me more than 75% of my booking fee for cancelling my booking. That's a complete *******. I feel I deserved a full refund as the venue didn't want to assist me in changing.my dates. To that respect I had to therefore cancel my booking. These places are *********** and should not be having businesses to operate. This is *****ing the clients money.
