I am the owner of a small holiday accommodation. We listed with booking.com and people booked through them at the beginning of December 2019. We are still waiting for booking.com to pay us out for that accommodation period.

They suspended my account because they had not received their commission but they owe me more than I owe them. They refuse to release my funds until I pay the commission but I have instructed them to pay me out the money owing to me minus their commission. They don't seem to understand how things work.

My advice to other venue owners is to take your business to another company.

They always promise to get back to me but nobody ever does.
