Incompetency at its best

I called in to enquire about way to go about making changes and/or cancellation for my flight booking and this girl couldn't even explain the process... every time I had a follow up question I had to be told i need to wait so she can read on it first! Like what kind of a call centre/ agency is this? You guys have the most *********** agents in the entire world... i still couldn't get all the answers i wanted... never using your services ever again... nonsense!
