Incompetence at its best

Never use Booking.com ever again..I booked accommodation and paid but when I got to the property I found it was no longer in service. When I contacted Booking.com the agents don't even seem to understand English let alone your frustrations. They canceled the accommodation without ensuring that I had alternative accommodation. Advised me to look for accommodation but was told that my refund will only be processed in 7 to 12 days...so how do I pay for the accommodation???i was stranded in another province with my family. Why couldn't they secure the accommodation with the credit that was in their account?pathetic and *********** staff, why employ someone wbo can barely understand and speak English?I will never use Booking.com again
