Impossible to get assistance from Bookings.com!!

It is impossible to get hold of a person at bookings.com to discuss our issue. We had to cancel accommodation in ****et in 2020 for which we got a voucher. We are unable to reach the property through bookings.com website and if we contact customer service number, it requires the booking reference and pin code to be entered to proceed to the next step. These numbers now suddenly do not exist so we cannot go passed this point on the telephone to speak to an operator. We have a voucher that we plan to redeem this year so need to know availability of the property. We cannot find the property on any website any longer so need urgent feedback. It is at this stage impossible to contact bookings.com which is totally unacceptable. Can bookings.com please urgently make contact with me to resolve this matter.
