Hi , I recently booked a place at The Pearls that booking.com advertised. My booking no. *** We traveled around 100 km to get there . Upon arrival we were given the keys and let into the accommodation . We were later asked to do biomatric. Thereafter my family and I were treated like common ********* . Apparently, the premises were let to us *******ly and the owners were not allowed to sublet the place . We were constantly on the phone trying to arrange suitable replacement accommodation . Although, we received a refund from your company it was not good enough as we had to pack up and leave the premises . Due to the fact that the place is self catering we purchased a lot of stuff that we put into the fridge and freezer . Therefore, you did not offer us a suitable replacement .It was my 60th Birthday and booking .com put a spanner in the works . Your company has ruined what was supposed to be a day to remember. . You was supposed to check the legality of what you offer the public.
