I was charged for a room I didn't stay in

<p>This is completely unacceptable... I booked to stay at Hotel Matheos and we were assured that we would not be charged until we checked out, yet problems occurred and we couldn't stay in the hotel, yet the Hotel managed to charge me TWICE??????? They took over double the amount from my account??? This is utterly disgusting, especially that I am overseas and need the money to travel?! I want this to be reversed immediately or else legal action will be taken. </p>
