I WANT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP

I made a booking with booking.com and paid R27000, due to the lockdown COV19 pandemic I had to cancel the booking. Booking.com deposited my money into a wallet and their system keeps on giving me errors and I tried for several times to contact them on ***. I got an email from them instructing me on how to cashout the money ,however it requires me to rebook and I am not planning to rebook, I WANT TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS as the people who contributed are now sitting on my neck.
