I WANT MY REFUND!!!!

Booked in May and cancelled a few days later. The email said I should wait 30 days for my refund. 30 days passed and I called the call center, they told me to wait 90 days due to the pandemic. 30 days has passed and still no refund. I've called and emailed and they're always saying "refund department will call you back", they never called me. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN.
