I want my full refund

I booked a B&B for today, the Place is in Alice in Eastern Cape, am stranded here now with my little with no place to sleep. Because the owner of the B&B refused to allow us in the property because she has her differences with Booking.com. Now am being refund R80 after paying R1000 for the place. I need my full refund.
